4. Order Cancellations

- You do not respond to a communication within 3 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery

- Authority to Leave: If you select this option during checkout, you accept all risk for lost or stolen parcels as no signature will be required upon delivery.
- Safe Drop: Delivery personnel will only leave a parcel if it is deemed safe. If unsafe, a card will be left with further instructions.
6. Refunds & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear depending on your bank.
